Before the Kautz family even broke ground at the winery, they envisioned the creation of an approachable, artistically and culturally rich environment that would enable them to “give back,” to the community at large, through the preservation of history and the enjoyment of the arts.
Completed in 1998, the Outdoor Amphitheatre at, Ironstone, is the most recent addition to the winery and the realization of that dream.
The five-tier, horseshoe-shaped amphitheatre has become a favorite amongst locals and travelers, who come to enjoy a variety of events in the amphitheatre, including the Ironstone Summer Concert Series, which features world class performers in one of the most unique and beautiful settings in the world.
The Amphitheatre is also home to our annual Concours d'Elegance car and club show and several other events throughout the year.
