Executive chef Kurt Spataro and chef Scott Rose along with Randy Paragary have created a casual but smart front dining room that drew inspiration from the delicatessens of New York's theater district. The menu is inspired by the traditions of New York but the dishes have been reinvented to give them the freshness, lightness and energy of California cuisine.
